How the subway works 🎫
Buy an Andante Card (€0.60) and load it with Occasional Tickets (Z2 e Z4)
Z2 (Oportoland – Historic Center)
€1.40 – If you buy 10 tickets, you get one free
Each €1.40 ticket is valid for 59 minutes
Z4 (Airport – Oportoland) – €2.25 – valid for 74 minutes
(For other trips, please check with the operator)
You must validate your ticket at the machines before starting your journey
Children under 4 years old can travel without a ticket, as long as they do not occupy a seat

Metro from the airport 🚁
At the airport, you should take the purple line, and at Trindade station, you must change to the yellow line and then get off at D. João II station.
At the airport metro station, you should buy one Andante Card per person and load it with a Z4 ticket.
After arriving at the accommodation, to go to Porto’s historic center, you will need to top up the Andante card with a Z2 ticket.

** At the beginning of the street, next to the metro station, there are two prohibition signs, but you must enter that street.
** The prohibition is only 150 meters ahead
Free parking in the public park
As for parking, when you arrive, you can pass in front of the house to unload your luggage.
Then you can park for free below the house, on the widest part of the street.
If there is no parking space, you can also park in the free parking lot on the other side of the avenue, near the metro station.

Before You Go –
The Oportoland/Airbnb community is very diverse, and at the request of many guests, we’re sharing a short list of things that make cleaning easier for us.

Rubbish:
Please place regular waste (from the kitchen and bathroom) in the bin outside.
Recycling can go in the bins next to the ping-pong table.
Dishes:
If you have dirty dishes, please place them in the dishwasher and start the cycle.
Bedding and Towels:
Leave used towels and bed sheets on top of the bed.
Windows and Doors:
Make sure all windows and doors are properly closed.
Lights and Appliances:
Please turn off all lights, heaters, and air conditioning.
Alarm:
Activate the alarm after leaving and closing the front door.
Keys:
Leave the house keys in the key safe
